Everyday is a gracious gift from God. His mercies always new every time. When each of us do have faith, we do hope that His unconditional love would fill up each nook and cranny in our lives. The secret of faith in God is not that we are always strong but that in the midst of anguish, despair and difficulty, we can still discover God’s blessings… we do our best and allow God to the rest… when we have not truly learned how to let go, then God could never really work His amazing miracles in our lives.
Between the 2nd and 3rd week of January 2009, Tessa and Ansel tried to reach out once more to the growing number of people, Tessa now fondly calls the street HUGGERS by distributing SM (segunda mano) or UK (ukay ukay) clothes, natural soaps, and some vitamins. It was hard for Tessa to get all the persons in one place since the weather was not cooperating – intermittent extremely cold, dry, harsh winds with downpours or heavy drizzles – so she had to gather them in small groups or even individually and bring them to a covered place where she does wellness therapy sessions (not her own).
