Grace Watanabe was the individual who started it all, living with her famility at Shirikawa City she started an effort by soliciting donations from her friends, colleagues and neighbours in Japan. She became a very active advocate and leader of MNCF.
When she came home in 2006 the group decided to open an account with Metrobank Naga – Peñafrancia Branch inorder to secure and ensure proper safekeeping of the fund. Since MNCF does not have the necessary paperworks for an organization three members were signed on (Ansel Maño, Dune Padre and Grace Watanabe) to ensure the moneys’ in safe hands.
Initial deposit made on 3.29.06 was P 12,008.76, few months later she send another donation P2,782.00 intended for school materials for the children house at CSWDO.

Where are the specifics on withrawals,
purpose / recepients, and approvals?
and another thing, where is the info on the cash movements?
your tabulation does not serve much info.
what happened to my comments? why was it deleted / censored here instead of giving your remarks?
what is the use of this comments portion if you will just censor it?it is vert disgusting!!!!!
i know you will again censor this comment. Anyway, many have read it already what you guys are doing.
Again , show us your tabulation and remarks on the specifics withdrawals on the funds, from the time of inception , date, recipients, amount, purpose, and who gave the unilateral approval .
also the running balance on the funds. Deposits vs withrawals. I know you are aware of whatt I mean here. otherwise, you are not capable of handling these funds.
Please see Naga community forums. In August as a sponsor of MNCF we visited them (in our own time and expense) visiting Ansel, Tessa and speaking with Grace. We were more than happy with the way thay MNCF is being run. So much so that we pledge to continue our support, at least until our AGM in February.
